what we do

Facilitate Talent Exchange, Cultivation, and Connections

The TCA spotlights and sponsors partners who accelerate the circulation and cultivation of talented workers between Taiwan, the USA, and other like-minded economies.

By providing support, partnership-building, and advocacy for our partners, the TCA amplifies the activities of organizations who are driving talent circulation today.

what we do

Make your voice heard

The TCA White Paper – which identifies the administrative, regulatory, and legal obstacles to the circulation of talent between Taiwan and other like-minded economies and proposes practical solutions – will become part of the American Chamber of Commerce’s annual White Paper, to be formally published in June 2020.

The TCA will engage with all relevant stakeholders to solicit their input on how best to accomplish TCA goals.

We invite you to share your suggestions and ideas about what needs to change to help circulate and cultivate Taiwan’s talent.

Send us your suggestions for the White Paper.
